A Steady Hand for a Quieter Stage of Life
Havenly was founded in Rayong by people who saw how much unnecessary stress later-life paperwork could cause — and who wanted to do something gentle about it.
Back to HomeHow Havenly Started
Havenly grew out of a small study group held in a Rayong living room in 2019. A handful of people who had recently retired — some from abroad, some long-term Thai residents — were comparing notes on something they all found difficult: the sheer amount of paper involved in later life, and how hard it was to know what any of it meant.
The group began inviting a few knowledgeable friends to talk through retirement provisions in plain terms. Word spread. By 2021, what had started as an informal gathering had a name, a small office on Sukhumvit Road, and a growing list of people it had quietly helped.
Today Havenly offers three services built around that original idea: calm educational conversations, practical document organising, and ongoing records support. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is dressed up in jargon. And nobody leaves feeling more confused than when they arrived.
Our Purpose
Retirement should be a time when you feel settled, not surrounded by unread letters and half-understood forms. Havenly exists to take the friction out of that — not by offering formal advice, but by sitting alongside you, explaining things clearly, and helping your paperwork make sense.
Calm Over Efficiency
We move at a pace that feels comfortable, not a pace that suits a billing clock.
Honest About Limits
We are clear about what we do and do not do. Where formal professional input is needed, we say so.
Private by Default
What you share with us stays with us. We do not pass information to third parties.

How We Work
A few principles that guide every session and interaction at Havenly.
One Person at a Time
We do not run group sessions. Every engagement is individual, so the conversation goes at the pace that suits you, not a room full of strangers.
Document Privacy
We handle all documents with care. Copies are never made without explicit permission, and anything you share during a session stays confidential.
We Check Our Information
Before each information talk, our team reviews official sources to make sure what we share is current and accurate. We do not improvise on factual matters.
Clear About Our Scope
We provide educational information and practical organisation support only. When a question is outside our scope, we say so clearly and suggest where to look next.
Regular Self-Review
We sit down quarterly to review the information we share and the way we work. If something can be improved, we update it.
Feedback Welcome
We ask for honest feedback after sessions and take it seriously. Past clients have shaped how we explain things and how we structure our paperwork folders.
Retirement Information Support in Eastern Thailand
Rayong sits in the Eastern Seaboard region, roughly two hours from Bangkok by road, and has become a well-established place for people to settle into retirement — particularly those who have spent working years connected to the area's industries or who simply prefer a quieter coastline. The practical side of living here as a retiree, though, involves a steady flow of paperwork: annual visa extensions, proof-of-funds letters, pension confirmation documents, insurance renewals, and the various certificates that different agencies occasionally ask for.
Havenly was set up specifically with this context in mind. Our information sessions draw on publicly available sources — official government guidance, pension authority publications, and embassy documentation — to help people understand what they have and what they may need. We do not interpret individual situations or give personalised recommendations, but we do explain what a document says and where it fits in a broader picture.
Document organisation is a separate skill from knowing about retirement provisions, and it is one that many people are simply glad to have some companionship with. Years of accumulated letters, certificates, and statements can be genuinely hard to navigate. Our Paperwork Companion service works through whatever you have — carefully, without judgment — and leaves you with a clear, labelled folder and a written contents list.
For those who find the ongoing maintenance of records difficult to keep up with, the Steady Records Plan offers a sustained arrangement. Key renewal dates are tracked, documents are periodically reviewed for completeness, and a check-in session ensures nothing drifts out of date. This is especially valued by people who travel frequently or who simply prefer to have the task reliably handled.
All sessions are in English. Our office is on Sukhumvit Road in central Rayong, and we are happy to arrange visits to clients' homes or neutral meeting locations anywhere within the Rayong area.
